Please note: 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Beauty at Fernside does not offer refunds within the cancellation period as a result of a change in your personal circumstances or due to external factors including illness, weather, relocation, change of mind and/or conflict of events. Late cancellations or changes incur a fee of 50% of the appointment fee unless the place can be refilled. You may also send another person in your place to utilise your time-slot if you can not personally attend.
